On December 26 I bought a 2023 Honda CRV EXL AWD with 13,800 miles on it. I had a 2009 Accord in very good shape for trade-in and with that I was able to come in a few thousand dollars under my budget on December 26. Yay. So far, all the staff I've come in contact with there have been very solicitous and I appreciate the following up. At this point I would definitely recommend Rolling Hills to family and friends.

The service department is why we continue to buy from the dealership. Always keeping us updated on service requirements with emails and text. When in for service there are no surprises, they keep you updated while waiting or with current phone calls if the cars were dropped off. Never feel pressured by the service department and always treated fairly.

The engine compartment was left messy thus it dripped oil in my garage. The next week I had it in for a big scheduled service. The Home Screen was not as I left it. Some of the driving functions I rely on were difficult to get back. Then at night the head light icons were barely visible. It took another 70 mile round trip to get the car back in for them to remedy that situation.

Service of my vehicle went well and I liked that they asked me about changing the air filter Before changing it. Start of service was a bit slow and they were backed up a bit, but the waiting area was nice and had a TV, and they kept me informed of their progress. All in all it was good.
