I received an insanely expensive estimate from Audi Rockville after my out of warranty car was there for 8 DAYS of evaluation. The Audi Rockville estimate was over $18k. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion who think Audi Rockville made a gross diagnostic error and fixed my car in less than 5 days with a replacement part ordered FROM Audi (ie not a used part) for 10% of what Audi had quoted me.

As usual, Audi Rockville was exceptional. Specifically, My Q7 Quattro was towed to Audi Rockville due to an electrical issue associated with a recall item. The recall issue was promptly addressed and another potential issue was identified and resolved by the mechanic during the service.

Service was great, the only complaint I have is, I was told the tire pressure monitoring system was reset after the new tire was installed, however after leaving the dealership, the warning came on that that tire was low. I reset myself and everything seems fine.
