Amount of effort it took to get an appt for a significant safety issues was absurd. Being told to have my car towed to rhe dealership bc of the safety issue. The job was completed. The fluids weren't checked before I left and discovered I was out of washer fluid. Typically, in my experience, fluids get checked and the car gets a quick wash. Wasnt the case here

Staff is always courteous and helpful. Albert keeps me informed about the service as its going. They provide a ride home if needed and a loaner car if service will take a few days. I cannot say enough good things about Rockland Hyundai. I have been taking my car there for the 6 years I have had my Tucson.

Went in for a anti-theft device installation under recall on 3/10/26. Less than two weeks later I opened my hood to check my battery and found the air filter cover was not replaced. After a little bit of searching I found the cover laying on top of the fuse box. Good thing the cover didn't fall off under the hood with the engine running. Unacceptable!

The way the place is run. After dealing with other dealerships in the area-Ford/Chevrolet and others, it is such a pleasure dealing with Steve/Chris and Nick. They are very helpful during signing car in, keep you updated on the car and are not pushy with repair sales. These are three key elements to me in keeping the customer happy.

Tire pressure not checked properly. Inspection sticker not affixed to the windshield. Brought no sticker to the attention of the service manager and quickly taken care of. I did not discover the low tire pressure until my warning light came on. I applied the correct air pressure when I got home using an electric air inflator.

Need I say more.. oh yes thermostat, engine harness, a.c. 2 shocks, strut, sensor,in less than 4 months and only voice was to trade in with no compensation,you make your own opinion.
