I like that the service was performed quickly and the key parts were done well. I dislike that there was not a good solution for my rear cargo area camera or the backup camera. I don't know why it should be so difficult to fix this equipment.

as always friendly and on time. Rockdale country Ford is in my books one of the best service departments in all of central Texas. They have friendly customer service and a great waiting room. TV, free keurig coffee maker, vending machines and a very clean waiting room.

The people at this dealer make all the difference. Polite, friendly, willing to listen. I dont do well in public because of PTSD from the Army. They gave me space, let me wonder off topic, and let me relax. They did great work on my old truck. Could not have asked for anything else.

I went there to just look at vehicles almost 2 years ago. It's about 50 miles from where I live, and there are a bunch of dealerships in Bryan / College Station. But I found a truck I liked, and CJ sold me on the dealership. Since then, I gladly make the drive to Rockdale, because they can handle all my needs, and to it professionally, friendly, and they do it right every time.

I spoke to the sale rep a few times ...Our last text conversation was in the car I was interested in they would need more money down. He then said he can find one a little more expensive that I might be able to get in to with putting $2000 down. I said ok let me know. That was on July 3rd. I have never heard back from him. I can't remember his name but I have his # if you would like it.
