Had an 11am appointment for general maintenance. 1 1/2 hr into the visit, was told the air filter and the brake fluid needed to be changed. Gave OK. 1 hr later I was told there was a nail in my tire but could be plugged. Gave OK. 3hrs into the visit, I inquired how long would it be. Indicated they were finishing pup.
1more hr. went by. Finally at 3pm work was done. I don't believe it should take 4 hrs to do the work listed above.

Not impressed with the new management. The service advisors were not friendly and they had a disagreement with a device tech in the garage before they took my car back for service that was between 5 and 10 minutes. Afterwords they said my car was done and barely explained the service report.

After a couple issues that were addressed after they had some changes in management they held true to their word that they would make it right and because of that they were given 5 stars. The issues I had were from previous management. They hired a new service manager and everything was handled correctly from that point forward. I believe you will be made whole if any issues were to arise.

I had two different coupons, one including wiper inserts and one not. They initially neglected to check if I had OEM which would preclude me from using the with insert coupon. When I asked about it, they added the inserts free of charge. Oil change and tire rotation was done on time. They also forgot to change oil life to 100%, but I returned where they did it very quickly.

While enroute to Northern Wisconsin from North Carolina, my car simply wouldnt start after filling up with gas. Despite their busy schedule, on Friday afternoon, Rock County Honda made time to see what the problem was. Turned out is was a simple fix a new battery.
I so appreciate the kindness of all the staff at this dealership. They easily could have put me on hold til Monday, but within 1.5 hours, I was back on the road.

I like the personalized service that I receive whenever I take my car in for service. I am told what they did and if they find that there is something that needs to be attended to. At one place where I use to go years ago before I bought Hondas, they would tell me to see the cashier I would never see the service rep again until I went in the next time.
