Had an appointment on Monday but truck was not diagnosed until Tuesday. Repair was warranty covered and delay was waiting on warranty approval. Not the dealers fault but not happy with Rams approach to fixing the transmission issue. I feel the issue will return. Picked up truck the following Tuesday.

Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid and the heat was blowing lukewarm. Not hot at all and it was freezing in the morning. The service department fixed it quickly and added a charging cord for our house at no charge. Definitely a great experience.

Had the 68C recall performed on my jeep wrangler 4xe. The service dept went above and beyond my expectations. The recall software flash however landed my Jeep in perpetual FORM and it will not get out of it. Two tanks of gas and an oil change later, still will not let me drive in electric mode.

Service techs were not very professional. I requested the 6k mile service which was to include a Inspection of the CV/Universal joints which was not annotated on the receipt so not sure it was done. The Maintenance Inspection sheet indicates it was not checked.
