If the dealership is closed by, I would have bought this vehicle! No idea how to make a over $20,000 purchase over the internet without "test driving" it. Have limited fixed income hence unable to "finance" it with additional of shipment cost across the country in winter!

Typical used car place with pushy salesperson with little knowledge of the car I went in to test drive. They have contacted me literally every day since I have been there multiple times a day with emails and voicemails from different people even though I told them I was not in a rush to buy and would reach out to them if and when I decided to move forward. I had to block them since it got so annoying.

Well I'm very disappointed to see this review Dan I spoke to you on the phone and personally greeted you and your son upon arriving. We had someone else test driving the Audi at the time and set you up with David. We treated you with professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end. You said you weren't ready to make a purchase until you went to Long Island and another Audi dealership before you could make a decision. We gave you a fair number on the trade and said our goodbyes. How you can say Dave isn't knowledgeable is mind blowing considering before he got into sales he was a service advisor. We called you and texted you twice since your departure from the dealership, every outbound and text is recorded and logged digitally . I dont think thats unreasonable, the salesman is doing his job. I guess no matter what you do or say today it isn't good enough. If you were just upfront and answered the call or text and say please stop we would of put you on a no call list. But know I'll just put up a one star review instead.

I was reviewing the videos and pictures sent over and I can see the blister spot you're talking about. I was not aware of that until now. The dealership is out of its mind. It wants almost $18,000 for a 17 year old Honda Element with fairly low miles but it has been sitting in the salt air near the ocean most of those 17 years. I made an offer but they rejected it and did not counter offer. So be it.
