Went in for AC not working. Was charged $ 450.00 for diagnosis. Was told the had to drain the system and add dye. Took it to a another shop and they did not drain the system. They found the same problem in about 30 minutes. I will not return to this dealer.

I've been going to Rissa for years. However, the fact that Rittz now charges a 3% fee for services rendered is disgusting. There's no need for it. When I buy my groceries at Jewel, they don't charge me. Rittz has enough money with all its stores on 159 that it doesn't need my 3%. Other than that, the service is great and Becky DeAndre is the best.

Finally had to get a new battery for my car. I took it to Rizza for replacement as it is not something I could have done on my own. I was surprised how expensive it costs now, but Rizza took care of everything. I know that when they fix anything on my car, I have peace of mind.

Was informed as far as what was going on sy Their system needs to be updated for different tire sizes for my vehicle , its states one size but I had the larger size which is in the system . Was told that other vehicles have it listed. was there 61/2 hours Jim the service manager done a great job as far as keeping me updated and asked me several times if I needed anything . Great job Jim

Terrible service this time. Took the vehicle in due to radio Home Screen blacking out. Service fixed the radio, but misplaced my SD card and now my cameras don't work. They tried to charge me for a new sd card but then turned around and said they would cover the cost. Also said I couldn't bring the car back until April 16 to fix the camera they broke!!!!

I appreciated Becky in service to have my vehicle picked up. She called me to tell me two lines in my transmission were leaking. She called the extended warranty company and had the repair covered. Washed and returned my vehicle the same day. Becky in service is fantastic as always.

I didn't like the lack of communication. I had an afternoon appointment and my car was not ready the same day. I have had many afternoon appointments and my vehicle was either ready or they provided me a loaner. What I did like was they did give me a discount on my repair. I have dealt with Rizza Cadillac and this is the first time I was not totally satisfied.

My truck was brought in for a recall but there were no loaners available. I had to catch a uber home and borrow a family members vehicle. I just felt that Cadillac could have shown a lil more grace to their customers especially since it was a GMC issue and not a personal one
