Couldn't perform a simple oil change. The next day there was a large pool of oil under the car because they failed to properly install the oil pan washer/bolt. Had to take my car back the next day to have it corrected. Still trying to get the oil stain off the concrete.

Communication skills seem to be lacking between the appointment scheduling team and the service advisors and then again the service advisors don't seem to listen. I've bought a number of cars from this dealership and good experience on the sales side but I've been underwhelmed with the service team for a number of reasons.

Right Toyota is the only place I use to service our Sienna. We have been taking our vehicles here for years and our regular Service Advisor, Chris Browning is personal and professional and gets us in and out promptly. I normally wait because the waiting areas are very nice and well maintained. I plan on using Right Toyota for many more years.

Very bad customer service, treated me poorly, shouted at me when I asked is this how you treat loyal customers. I wrote to Cust reln mgr Mathew and Taylor after returning home , they did not respond. When I posted review on yelp one of them responded saying I should have contacted the managers. This so how they treat you. As a woman I felt humiliated and treated very badly compared to male peer

My Toyotas (5) have been serviced at Right Toyota since 2001. My current Service Advisor, Tim Paffumi, provides excellent and timely advice at all times. I have complete confidence in his recommendations. The dealership's online service scheduling system is not user friendly...better to call the advisor or service manager directly to schedule service with a preferred advisor.

The service tech not very attentive. When I asked for a simple item to be reset ie the clock they didn't do it. I told the service tech I would be waiting and he didn't come in to get me he called me. When he came in to get me I had to wait another 15 mins for my car.

Service people are very efficient and accommodating. However, 80.00 or so dollars to replace a cabin air filter and cost to basically change oil and filter are obscene! Changed cabin air filter myself in less than 5 minutes and cost less than $ 20.00.

I had to pay 170$ for a diagnostic one side of my AC vent does not work. He could not fix it now to fix it costs 1700$. The maintenance display was still on they did not correctly it. They moved my seat all the way down did not put it back . Very busy- very rude.

Our dealership has a diagnostic fee to compensate our technician for the labor and time it takes to diagnose an issue. We will credit the cost of any diagnostic fee if the customer has the repair performed.

Was told my repair would take 2 hours BUT there was no qualified technician for my problem and my repair was not completed until the following mid-day. I was not given a ride or a rental car, despite my request and having to return on a second day.
