They screwed up the tire rotation and knocked loose the valve. After getting towed to Discount Tire company they told me dealership screwed up. Discount fixed it for free. I'm paying an extra $200 per month to have them service the car but I'm thinking it might be worth it to pay someone else on top of the sunk $200

Truc was very professional and explained my recommended service very well. My car was ready in less time than anticipated which I appreciated. My only complaint is that Right Honda stopped washing cars after the service was complete. That was a nice touch and I'd like them to provide that service again.

Disappointed. New CRV hybrid. Initial 7000 mile check up. Tires were not filled to manufacture recommended pressure. My 12v battery was dry on 4 of the 6 cells. Called and spoke with Tim in service re:battery. He said that they don't check water in batteries, maintenance free? Nope. These are not sealed batteries, we live in a desert and batteries need water. I did it myself. Filled my tires myself.

I've had 2017 Honda Fit for six years and this is the first major thing that I've had to have fixed. I'm happy Right Honda could figure it out and repair it.

I got a service to replace a cabin air filter from Right Honda service and later when I saw that filter, it was meshed up and was not squared shape. I felt like somebody who worked on it has never replaced it before. and also, When I took it out my hand was dirty with oil. The filter was covered with some dirty oil. This is very disappointed.

But this last service visit opened my eyes to the shoddy attention my car has been given by Right Honda for at least several years. Primarily I brought the car in for a recall, which showed that my seatbelts were all right and didn't need to be corrected. While there, the service team did a several-points checkup, and everything was OK. The car is not yet ready for an oil change. I was in and out very quickly--within an hour.

I went in person and by the time I arrived they said the vehicle I went to see was already sold. They tried to offer me other vehicles outside of my price preferences and tried to get me to finance when I said I was paying cash. They would not provide value of my trade-in unless I committed to purchase.

They were amazing. While they had my van, they loaned me a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Service took a little longer than expected, but that was due to it having to be sent to Dodge (I have a Chrysler) for diagnostics and service. Dodge took their sweet time. Right Honda seriously does, "Make it right" and I appreciate them for everything they've done for me.

Great service with friendly folks. Work completed on time and as promised. Only one issue: The battery failed the next week. I would have thought it would have been tested in the multi point inspection to indicate it needed to be replaced under warrantee. I paid for a replacement battery locally out of concern the car would not start if I did not. Your Tech advisor informed me you would not reimburse the cost of the battery!

He had all the numbers changed. And they ended up adding stuff in that I never agreed upon. Now I found out that they lowered the mileage to change. What I told him I would not pay for. I will not be buying a car from this dealership ever again

All was good. I mean, I never walk away feeling warm and fuzzy. I drop the car off at night, and that process can be cumbersome. They have a drop box with an envelope that has a laundry list if things that they wish you to fill out. But I learned long ago that it's not necessary. Then, the car is done first thing the next day which is awesome. I come in and pay. That's the deal. And it works for me.
