Representative had problems with warranty company to get approval to replace tire with screw to close to side wall (could not be plugged). Tire work was completed about the same time that approval was obtained. Warranty company covered full amount (less than 14,000 on tire)

As always, after calling to tell her of my problem, I was accommodated with an appointment immediately. Made myself comfortable in their nice lounge with a good cup of coffee and read for a while and did a crossword which kept me busy. The job was completed as quickly as possible, and before I knew it, I was going home.

Very good service on my warranty work. I think price for oil change, brake fluid replacement and filters charged at $600 is excessive. I will go to my local mechanic for this service in the futyre.
