The service I received was good. However, I wish they would have done a thorough check of everything as I now need an air filter. Had they had done a thorough check, that could have been done at the same time. Unfortunately, another appointment will need to be scheduled.

The service went fine . I didn't like that dogs were allowed to be in the store . Some people are allergic . Shouldn't have to worry about that when I'm getting an oil change .Dog owners aren't very conciderate of others .the dog was even up in the seats where people sit . Now every one after it has dog hair on them .

From the time i arrive to the i leave Rick makes sure i am informed with all i need to know about my purchase. That is why i am a repeat customer. The service department are quick, professional and on top of their game as far as my experience with them goes. No complaints what so ever from from my Rick Ball experience.

I took my Spark in for regular maintenance. The found the wipers were quite worn and that the suspension was out of alignment. They replaced the wipers and were able to align the front wheels, but the back ones are still out of alignment and they had no suggestions on what to do from there. I'm not certain what I can get done about it and wonder if I should get rid of the car or if it will be alright to drive when the roads are slick.
