Really cared about me finding the best car within my budget. Friendly and responsive. I am so glad that I bought my car there. I am a single mature women purchasing a used car with limited funds. Many dealers were condescending to me. Not Rick. He walked me through the whole process.

I made a deposit requested by dealer, there was some work to be done on vehicle, he said it would take approximately 4-5 days. I waited, he never called me, I called, left several messages he never got back to me and I never got my $200. 00 back.
