Liked that it was easy to set an appointment. Didn't like that I was offered a loaner but the service advisor didn't know about it. Also, when I left messages to call me back about the status they never did. When I went to pick up car cashier and the guy that went to get my car were courteous and efficient.

I had an appointment at 9:30am. I was on time. I wasn't seen until 11:00. I was supposed to have a loaner car similar to my vehicle, but I was put in a smaller one. I didn't get out until noon. They had my car for 2 weeks for a minor cosmetic repair. I also have an intermittent issue with the radio. They didn't replicate it so they didn't fix it. When they finally gave me back my car, someone had left their garbage inside.

Car service was done quickly, despite a busy Saturday. The only thing missing was the video inspection that I really liked getting. I was told I needed new front control arm bushings due to wear. Before I spend $2k on that, I'd need to see it in the video.

Took 90 minutes just to drop the car off. They then had the car for more than a week and within 5 minutes of having the car we got a notification that it needed to go back to the shop for another software update that could not be done over the air. To say we were frustrated was an understatement.

They were good with communication and my car drives much better but the two flaws were the long wait and not being updated regularly. I had a 10:30 am appointment and I wasn't seen until 11:30 am and then I had to wait an extra 4 hours to get my car. I wasn't updated regularly.

The service advisor was honest and considerate as he remembered me from my previous visit. Wait time is not bad as you sit and make yourself a coffee and watch tv in the lounge. They give an estimate wait time for your car to be ready, but mine was ready sooner. I recommend Rallye Acura 100% hand down for overall best quality service and customer care.

My first experience was horrible and this last experience I thought it would go smooth but took forever as usual. My biggest complain is that I had a scheduled appt at 10:30a and they brought the car in an hour later. Why? I really didn't want to go back there due to my first experience but I gave them another shot and failed me again. I don't think I'll get my car serviced there anymore.

I liked the personal attention, technology and the comfortable waiting area. I did not like having to be in their comfortable waiting area for 3 hours when it was an anticipated 1.5 hour service. They should rethink the scheduling to be able to service vehicles in a more realistic timeframe.
