I was out of town when my vehicle broke down. Customer service was efficient and pleasant. My only complaint is that I was on a tight time schedule and my part got delayed a day and when I went to pick it up they did not change a belt. They did however change it within 15 minutes, just delayed me further.

I was sold my truck, told it was serviced prior to leaving off the lot. My truck wasnt detailed or filled up after paperwork being signed but after being at the dealership for hours that was the least of my worries. After two weeks of driving my truck began to jerk, I then brought my truck back to the dealership where I was told by one mechanic that after driving the truck around the dealership lot that the truck was indeed not jerking (so I imagined it) then that the truck never been inspected
