Steve was super friendly and explained to me what should be done on my GLE for maintenance. No pressure, just honest advice. I was a mechanic in the U.S. Air Force and I had a good understanding of what needed to be done to my car before I took it to the dealership for service. No surprises. Definitely recommend Steve and RBM of Alpharetta.

Brought car in for A5 service and the service advisor started listing all of the things that could be done for the car (without even having a technician look at the car). I'd much rather have the tech review the vehicle to see what, if any, services are recommended.

After my B2 service full inspection, I had to go back twice because they couldn't initially detect a bad coil. This created a bit of a problem, but fortunately, I managed to drive my car to the dealership from my work when it started to slow down in the middle of the highway due to one bad coil.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE BY THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - BUT SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES WITH REQUIRED PARTS CAUSED A 5 DAY DELAY.
IN FAIRNESS, THIS WAS DURING THE YEAR END HOLIDAY WINDOW AND PROBABLY WAS OUT OF THE CONTROL OF DEALERSHIP PERSONNEL.

A tire needed replacing, but it was on a Sunday so I couldn't make an appointment. When I arrived at RBM early Monday morning, they got my car in immediately and replaced the tire. They provided quick and efficient service, and my service advisor, Tobias, was very professional and answered all of my questions.

I had a dash light that came on re: oil level. My advisor, Steve Byrd was so nice and suggested I bring it in at my convenience. Although RBM service was extremely busy, they immediately took my car in and serviced it. I was out in 30 minutes. We love RBM, they are so accommodating and we particularly appreciate the people there!

Great customer interaction. Tech guys take time. Things did not work out as planned. Took a bit longer to finish the job.
Apparently a nut was jammed somewhere. They had to drill through it to open. Had to pay for it as well.

Went in due to fuel pump recall but Svc B was due soon also. Bought tires, but dealership damaged a wheel and sent it out for machining. Repair done well and they were honest and transparent. However, car was turned over with a tire pressure sensor missing. Remedy still in progress as of this writing.

RBM got my car in right away when my engine light came on. They provided a loner car while they figured out the problem and secured the correct parts. It took several days to complete the repair. Service was great, communication could be a little better.

Service was not completestill waiting for resolution appointment 2 weeks later plus I had to wait two weeks for the first appointment- so four weeks with the check engine light on.. That is unacceptable to me. Plan to buy a new car in 2024will choose a dealership with a responsive service record.

The moment we stepped out of my car, we met "G" - and he knew EVERYTHING about this car I was looking at. He was so friendly, patient and helpful and every turn - and frankly more excited for me than I even was for me at times. I had questions the day after the sell and he took the time to answer and provide info to everything that I need. G sets a new standard for car sells. He's young but this guy is NO JOKE.

My service manager was right there to remind me what this regular service would include, anticipated cost, and quickly walked me to my loaner car!
