Wish I could rate in the negative. Every item that was serviced on my car was done wrong. I supplied the oil and it was spilled down my block. Tpms sensors that were working were ripped out, rotational tires mounted backwards. Got a half of wheel alignment not a 4 wheel that I paid for. The best part about my trip was my service advisor he was great. The service manager told me to get lost. Got the worst service being a former employee cant imagine what auctual customers get treated like.

There was a ticking and clicking sound when I turned the steering wheel. It sounded like it was near the steering wheel and dashboard. I made an appointment at Quirk. I had to wait over a week but when they were ready to look at the car, they were quick at diagnosing the issue, ordering parts, and getting the work done. There hasnt been any issues with the steering wheel since the repair was done. I dealt with Adam and Miguel. They were courteous and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer!
