Claimed that the manufacturer recommended oil flush. Made it so that the upsell created revenue as I had purchased the vehicle with their complementary maintenance package. While their work is fine, they essentially tricked the customer into spending money that wasnt necessary.

I was disappointed for the first time. My lug nuts were completely loose on one tire as if they didnt tighten them at all. And I had a very long wait. If they would have told me it was going to be that long I have scheduled another time for the extra work they did.

A half hour of extra time, but a free car wash. A pretty fair trade from my perspective. The lady whose vehicle was supposed to be washed may not have thought so, though.
