Puente Hills Subaru Service Department was excellent. The customer service was wonderful and the service itself was quick. There is a waiting area with coffee, snacks, wi-fi, tv, and comfortable chairs. The restroom needs to be updated though. The cleanliness of the restroom was a 4 out of 10. The sink is dirty and doesn't drain. There is a sewage smell in there and it is clearly outdated. Please update the restroom!

I made the schedule for what time, came in 6:45 am friday but the rep did not come out till 7:15 am. I git called for pick up when the outback was ready. They asked me if I wanted a car wash and I told him yes, pick it up and the car wash wasn't done. They gave me the discount saver if you spend more than $100.

DISLIKES: The COSTS of such services are Excessive over the community based services. It doesn't make sense for business purposes; if prices are acceptable to the consumers , the more businesses they would get in returning consumers in the future rather than go back.

I liked the whole experience with service tech Craig, he is the best.
Also like William the porter, he is also outstanding.
What I didn't like is that I had to pay 100 deductible , when I signed up for this extended warranty insurance, I was told that if I took it to the dealer that I purchased the car from that the 100.00 would be waived.
Not the case. Can you explain??
