I asked about 10 questions in my email. I received a generis we will contact you email. I requested more info. The reply was when can you take a test drive. I know the car I had 10 - 15 questions about the car. None of them were ever answered. My next reply i got from them was the car was sold.

I contacted the dealer and made an appointment to see the van. Due to the Corona Virus, the dealer closed his facility and was only seeing customers one at a time. I made an appointment, however the salesman didn't show up on time. I waited for a while, calling to confirm. Sadly, i had to leave the facility, after waiting an hour or so. I would like to see the van and will retry to make an appointment.

If it was possible to leave A negative amount of stars they would be negative 99 , Not good people took my $500 dollar deposit and kept it went to pick up car and down payment jumped to 2000 after agreeing on 500 bad dishonest people I'm also 60 years old needed car for doctors appointments, I told them this there response was that isn't our problem horrible people,they still haven't returned my money they are just thieves no other word for it do not give this company any money unless your with a lawyer, all there cars all have 150k plus miles in fact I would bet that they get trade in offers with less miles they are also a detail shop ,so they spend a lot of time detailing car to look good instead of looking for mechanical issues the worst of the worst Lowest forms of human beings that exist they are that stuff you scrap off the bottom of your shoe I have no reason to lie

I live two hours from the dealers. I requested pictures of the undercarriage, to include the rocker panels and trailing arms. Instead of sending me the requested pictures, I received an e-mail saying: "hey yes the only rusted part is the rockers". This doesn't tell me how much and how bad the rust is. I wasn't about to drive two hours to look at it myself. Pictures would have helped me make a decision. But since they didn't provide pictures per my request, I opted not to work with this dealer.

Hello Nilo, your statement is incorrect and our fees do not accumulate to 4k. Please feel free to call me and go over our fees if you interested in a car. Please keep in mind with the sale of a vehicle here we must collect sales tax and registration cost apart from the vehicle price which might accumulate a majority of the price add on.

You saw the vehicle more than once and we even did all four brakes and rotors to make you happy, on the day you were suppose to finalize the vehicle you wanted to keep picking at the vehicle. If a 10$ piece made you lose a vehicle then good luck buying a used car sir, youre not the right customer for us and the car is already sold to someone who is very happy with it.
