All the cars were dirty. The car we were interested in looked like it hadn't been detailed in years. The car was rougher than it appeared in photos and was a letdown. Still don't understand how you can make an appointment, confirm you are coming and the car is still dirty and boxed in. Maybe these dealerships should think about first impressions?

Angelo, When you called in for the mustang, your exact words were is that mustang still available? You never specified which mustang, and we did have one in stock. So we said Yes it is. You saw the yellow mustang on carfax, which was sold at the time and marked as sold on our website. It takes almost a whole week for carfax to remove sold cars. If you took 1 minute of your time to check our website, you would have seen that it was sold already. Bait and switch is not how we operate, maybe next time be more specific with your communication. Other wise, We would have tried to help you out even though you checked out the car when you came with your buddy. The car as it sat on the lot, it had no issues hence why you bought. I am no future teller and am not able to know when a used car may break down or need some work. All I know, is that it was perfectly fine when it sat on the lot. Thank you

Hello Michelle, Thank you for your review. However, we as a dealer have nothing to do with the interest rate nor the down payment that the bank gives you. Being that the bank asked for a high down payment, only means that your credit was not at its best which is why the bank required you to have a high equity in the vehicle rather than giving you the full loan and requiring a down payment.
