I was seriously looking to purchase this vehicle. The dealer contacted me with more interior pictures and it was very nice. The very next day, the price was raised 1K more!!! I contacted them about this and never heard back. I also contacted CARFAX and asked about this type of thing and never heard anything from them either.......seriously people????

Maintenance was fine. Prestige said they had a recall on the car computer and it had to be updated, which they did. I noticed the read out on the dash board Avg. miles per gallon used to be about 21 in the city, since the computer update it now shows 16 miles per gallon. I don't know if the update changed the reading? I hope not!

1400 dollars later...after selling me 2 new Goodyear tires and convincing me why I should spend the extra money for those- I got home and bait and switch. No Goodyear tires (as stated on receipt) my wife looked at car and noticed the tires were Kumho. Back today to waste another day getting them to put on the tires I paid for. Theyre sorry. Uh huh. How many others never even notice? I dont like this place.

I received great service. My RAV4 had an oil change. The technician went over the vehicle made sure tires had proper air in them and noticed the air filter needed to be changed. My A/C is alot colder. The service adviser took the time to itemize and explain all of my concerns as well as future requiered maintenance. Thanks again fpr a job well done!!

They spilled oil all over lower engine shield/bracket when changing my filter on visit 1. Leaking oil in driveway said nothing leaking on visit 2. Still dripping all over driveway went back for visit 3 when they explained what happened. Expected them to clean it really good but sill dripping oil. My friend said there was oil in his driveway. Guess I'll have to waste another 2 hours to get them to look at it again. Sigh...

Friendly staff, took us right in. Text pictures of air filter to show it didn't need to be replaced. Impressed! Waiting room was very outdated though. Other dealerships customer waiting areas are much more comfortable.
