The labor cost was too expensive next time I will get a second option, the truck took longer to fix them I thought it would and after I picked up on way home it overheats but I called right away and they sent a tow truck asap to pickup and it was a simple fix but I wasn't happy.

Received a email from preferred with a 20% coupon for maintenance not including oil changes and tires do I scheduled a coolant flush. When I hit yo the dealership they told me coolant was not included in the 20% but that is not what the coupon said . I have had both my vehicles serviced at Perferred Grand Haven since I purchased them but I will NEVER go back there again, false advertising to lure me in .

Better Auto does a terrific job at servicing my 2002 GMC and has since I bought it from them. Minor issue that prevented them from getting 5 stars is the mechanic fail to reset my oil service life; causing my "change oil" light to come on a week after the service was done. I will continue to take my business there.

The actual service was great, however I didn't appreciate the fact that I was made to walk almost the entire property in a rainstorm trying to find where they parked my truck after it was serviced. I was told it was "just outside the door". I finally had to go back in and get the service advisor to help me find it. No apologies at all.

Service was fine but I have a constant problem with your company. You have the previous owners information all mixed up with mine. I have tried to have to problem resolved numerous times. I received my report after service and I was not surprised to see the wrong info on there as well. Your computer system is awful.

Preferred called me in to have service work done on a recalled air bag. Left the truck with them all day- they did nothing, they didn't have the part. Yes, they called me in, took my truck, didn't have the part to do the work that they called me in for. Waist of time.

Poor! Did not fix problem after spending $800.00. They test drove and said it was fixed. I did not make it out of the parking lot. Said it would take another $1100.00 to fix. After five days of rental cars I took it to Tuffy's Auto Repair and they fixed it for $250.00. Warning! Do not go to Preferred for any service! Even management doesn't care! I called to complain with no response.

Their customer service was non existsant. They were unable to locate a warranty I bought at the dealership a few months ago, and when that was sorted out they basically told me they wouldn't honor it. When I voiced my frustration in a professional manner they ignored my complaint.

They fixed the oil leaks but I think it might still be leaking. The service man was fantastic. I just wish I wouldnt have bought the car from Preferred. I have to make a appointment again to see if they can find where its leaking. Theres oil all over the red body. Maybe its left over but I dont know. Not happy. Like I said service was great but didnt maybe solve the problem. If its fixed to my satisfaction then I will raise my review.
