Made an appt. to have a timing cover leak fixed. I waited 2.5 hours for them to confirm that the timing cover was leaking and that the repair would be covered under warranty but they wouldn't have the parts for a couple of days or possibly a couple of weeks. I then waited an additional hour for them "to bring my car around."

They were able to fix a problem that I have attempted many times to get fixed for a window shade in spite of the national Toyota Company being total idiots about. I had to wait an hour and a half longer than promised (total 5 1/2 hours) , but at least this issue has finally been resolved. Service folks were great other than the misinformation I was given the week before. Everyone makes mistakes.

Greeted promptly by Richard and his trainee, Malik. Explained in detail what they would be doing, documented a concern about intermittent electrical issue and finished the entire service in under an hour. Comfortable waiting area and easy to get to service department.

Service was prompt, but my seats were moved and not replaced. Passenger seat was moved all the way back and reclined to full even though there were items in the back on the floorboard that were crushed. First time for any problems, but why were people in the passenger seat and relclining as if to sleep. Usually no issues, but strange occurrence.

Waited about 15 min to see my service agent then they brought out a different guy who got the wrong name on the owner it took over two hours to rotate 4 tires and they wanted to charge me $80 for an in cab air filter which is due on the next service and they got Karen b phillips confused either Karen r phillips you didn't even check the vin number to see which vehicle this was for.

Said that they ordered a tire for me under road warranty. I understood that there would be a delay due to the holidays. Did not order the tire nor communicate with me regarding this. Now I will be three weeks without a drivable car before they finally get the tire and I can't go anywhere else, otherwise I will need to pay for it. Do not buy tires here!

Didn't like: 90 minute drive (my fault). Lied: Check-in process was smooth. Dealer has four waiting rooms, including a cafe, free coffee & soda and even a room with massage chairs. Car was done as expected and I left on time. Will go back, even though there's a dealer closer to where I live.

Someone came to the truck as soon as I arrived to begin the process. The service technician knew my truck and what was needed. The ride home was arranged very quickly. I was kept informed of the progress of the work and when my truck would be ready. Very good customer service
