The people working there were very polite. The car we wanted was already for us to test drive, and ultimately we did buy it. The whole process was done in less than an hour. Again, they were very polite. The hardest part was finding the location -thank goodness for GPS. I was very pleased overall, and would consider looking again them for another purchase in the future.
