Dealership never responded to message sent from Carfax. Tried calling and no one was available over the course of the day at 2 hour intervals. Tried next day and was met with a very uninspired salesman. They did not want to entertain any offers, price as listed only. This was for a vehicle that they have had on lot over 4 months used.

I requested to clean my car which they did. Good worked on exterior part but the interior I think it wasn't fully vacuumed or wipe dust well. The trunk was literally the same did not vacuumed at all. I hope the maintenance went well because I won't able to check or know. But overall okay.

Jeff did a phenomenal job of explaining what was needed and even explained how new clutches have a softer touch which means it is engaging properly. Short shifter makes the 911 4CS even more fun to drive. Easier to drive. Plus peace of mind knowing the IMS bearing was replaced and upgraded. Not cheap...well worth it though. Thanks Jeff for taking such good care of me.

I had bought my Porsche here in 2010, always serviced my car at their shop and used to have a great service level specially from Mr Madrid whos not longer at this dealership. New team must be new, not the same level of attention to detail specially when you pay top dollar for repairs.

The service at Porsche Plano was terrible! First the mechanic broke a radiator hose and refused to repair it stating it was broken prior. Im very disappointed in Car Fax this car 2011 Posche Panamera 4S was in a bad wreck and car fax did not say anitong about it , I returned the car and cost me a lot of money and a big hit on my credit score , Car Fax should protect people like me and others that trusted Car Fax and not been dealing with dealers like PALOMINO MOTORS in Dallas Tx.
