Same day appointment, not a walk-in to wait for hours, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Tyson's Porsche has two Virginia inspection technicians on site, no asking other dealerships in the area to do the inspection. Service department is very well organized, excellent service.

I was able to promptly schedule an appointment, and the Service Advisor was very professional, helpful, and did an excellent job communicating and keeping me informed. The work was performed in a timely manner.

I purchased 2023 Porsche Cayenne (Platinum Edition) on March 8.
From day 1 ,I've had a fasten seat belt problem.The problem is Alarm sound and Red color of Alarm sign keep coming although I've fastened seat belt.
Also,sometimes is working well and sometimes is not working.
So,my car was in the service department 3 times already and the service department repaired ,but still having problems.
Very sick and frustrated situations!!!

They broke a part while fixing another part and did not bother to fix it and gave me the car back. Now I have to take the car back in again. Also, the original part they fixed should have been under warranty. They made me pay for part of the repair.

The car looked beautiful all vacuumed and washed. The new tires are an improvement over the older tires. The car performed better.
My only complaint was that this took 8 hours.

Cost is high, but it is Porsche, so I guess that is to be expected.
Booked early and was able to get a loaner.
