Went in for a recall. They had to order the parts, but they did two services my car needed. Have to go back in when the parts arrive, plus there is a second recall with no solution yet. However, service at Plaza is always wonderful. They offered to drive me to work or home, and to either pick me up or bring my car back to me when it was done.

I was traveling to Florida on I 95 and all of a sudden there was a big bang in the engine compartment. The next morning I was able to get my van to Plaza Ford. The staff was very polite and professional. The worst and best situations were explained to me. I turns out a spark plug had ejected out of the motor. To my advantage the way the spark plug came out the repair was not bad. I was back on the road by 12:30. Thank you Plaza Ford!!!!

Chris at service desk is always awesome. However, I was disappointed when my tire light kept coming on right after the service; to find out that one of my tires, which had just been rotated, was very low in pressure. This should have been checked and fixed during the service.

An oil change on my car was completed within a half hour and my wait time was minimal at Ford Quicklane. I called earlier in the day to see what the estimated wait time would likely be. I was able to find a parking space on Plaza Ford's lot by arriving in the afternoon. Without a doubt, this was my best experience.

I showed up with an emergency. Vanessa advised me wrote up My ticket and arranged a ride home. Later that day she called with the diagnosis, cost and possible completion day. She kept me updated and when the service was complete arranged for a courtesy ride back to the dealer. My car runs fine. Great customer service all around.

I like the service. It was fast and I believe professionally done. The price for an oil change has just sky rocketed to the point I think I'll go to a local garage where I used to deliver auto parts. He indicated he can do it cheaper than you guys. I'm 78 years old and I don't want to pay $73 for an oil change.
