I would have given a -poor rating if I could. Very disappointed. I was charged $588 (most of which was labor- 3 hours at $130 hr) and the shop could not fix the problem I took the car in for because they could not diagnose the codes. They had my car at the shop for 3 days. Finally It was suggested that I take it to a mini dealership. That should have been the first thing they told me when they saw what the codes were.

Excellent time management. Very attentative customer phone serviced. However, no "aftercare" with the customer as in what was needed done as opposed to what the customer asked to be done. Lacking.

I had repairs done on my mini and I waited 3 weeks to (without another vehicle to use and I had to rent a car. I was told on more than one occasion they did not have a loner I could use and they were waiting on parts 2 weeks after getting my car back I took a trip and had issues with the coolant system which was the original problem for the repair. I have taken my car back twice since then and to date I am waiting on another part that of course my warranty wont cover - and with another delay because the part has to be ordered I am not happy
