I waited for over 4.5 hours for an Inspection and Emmisions. 3 hours before they told me there was an issue or even looked at my car. Then when I was able to resolve the issue they said it was too late and the technicians were done at 5. Dana had me waiting an additional 40 minutes at the desk for no reason when I could leave with my car. Will never be returning here!

I like the service personnel and felt I was kept well informed.
I do not find the waiting area particularly comfortable. The addition of a work area (such as is available at Piazza Mazda) would be a huge benefit. I waited a number of hours, had brought work with me and found it uncomfortable and unproductive to wrestle my laptop and notes. Also, may I suggest bottled water and some small free snacks?

Our car had a nail in one of the tires. We were able to get an appointment the next day. Upon inspection two tires had punctures. The video sent by the tech was very helpful in showing the wear and tear on all tires. We chose to have all four tires replaced. We have been very pleased with the Service Department and personnel at this dealership.

We are so disappointed. After owning 2 Hondas for 10 years, we felt like we were being taken for a ride. After spending $1700 for a new starter and other work that we were told was needed, the car would not start again. We were told that we needed a new battery when the battery in the car was a year old. When we got the car back, no charge, it had a new battery in it. The next day, it wouldn't start.

Went in for an Oil Change. Left my vehicle registration and insurance on the passenger seat. After the job was done, my documents were missing. Also noticed my dash cam picked up audio of the service person tampering with my Emergency brake. Now it won't sit properly (Every now and then, the E-brake will raise up slightly and activate on its own).
