I like that is was easy to make the appointment for service; my Service Advisor, Dawn Whitt, explained all work being done as well as the importance; I really enjoy the video explanation of the job being done; the waiting area is clean as well as the restrooms. My wait time was not long considering what I had done. Also, the other personnel are friendly.

Customer service was solid. The issue is a day or two after my recall issue service, 2 emergency symbols started to appear on my dashboard- emissions issue and electronic parking brake issue. These have never appeared until immediately after the Honda service.

The repairs were carried out unde warranty and the dealership was very accommodating, by providing a courtesy car. My only complaint was that the associate that was assigned to me was out of the office frequently during the week that my car was services and so communication was spotty. I had to call in for updates when I couldn't reach the associate directly.

Very long wait for just inspection.also they did not put my car back together correctly I guess they checked my cabin air filter which is located behind the glove box the peice that covers the filter was completely off and it fell behind the glove box so it had to be taken apart and put back together. This service center is a scam. I brought my car ( 2019 Honda Pilot with 61,000 miles) for a recall service and an oil change.it came out with a broken AC system ( that worked perfectly before it came in). They refused to take responsibility on the issue and said that it probably was broken before it came in.

I'm not giving any stars because Honda wouldn't pass me for my safety inspection and tried to tell me I needed two rear tires which would've cost over $700. I gladly declined and went somewhere else for my safety inspection and just like I suspected, there's nothing wrong with my tires. Just another way for a dealership to make money on loyal customers. Last inspection I'll be getting from them.

I had a problem with my air conditioner and I was a little hesitant about going in because I was just there on Monday. But I needed my air conditioner, so I went in. They kept me informed and even sent me a video of the problem. The problem was fixable under warranty, so it was not cost to me and I was out there before 11 am. I was very happy with my service that day.

They did not reattach the engine splash guard properly and charged me $30 for it. I had to repeatedly ask them to put it on correctly and eventually they did after telling me several lies as to why the couldn't reattach it. Didn't make sense, won't be going back.
