They listen well. They fixed the windshield after we took the car home, only to find a continuous crack in the lower left of the windshield, almost impossible to see from inside the car against the outside light! Turned out they knew about it and had ordered it fixed, but had not done so yet. They have also helped us with answers to our many questions about how the car and its accessories work.

Very Poor service they had my car for 3 months waiting for a part they never got and when I told them that I was going to take my car they said they could get the part in 4days! Vehicle was serviced before I purchased it. There was a problem with the mileage reported before my transaction. I had dealer file a correction but somehow the next recommended service mileage was still messed up. Hopefully this will all work out at the next true service interval.

Was very bad, I think and feel they bait and switch as my attorney said. They added things like Est.Gov. Fees $101.50; Paint Protection $499.00; Proc/Doc Fee $297.50. Our agreed price was $10,987.00 and nothing said about added costs. All emails etc. sent to attorney. I think people should be very careful about dealing with companies that try and scam people.

Service good but cost for it when estimated 6 months ago increased a couple of hundred dollars. Pick up took longer than expected due to minimal staffing in afternoon and having to search the parking lot for 10 min. in the hot sun to locate where tech left the car.

Blaine and the Performance team found the source of the unusual noise in about 15 minutes. Funny that another famous but unnamed dealership could not figure it out in two separate visits. In addition, Performance provided me a loaner car because that had to order parts. I wont go anywhere else!
