A big greasy hand print was left on the inside of my front passenger window. There's no reason to even be touching the windows when I scheduled an oil change. Techs need to be mindful of how clean their hands are when dealing with the interior of vehicles. Not cool.

I like the people but the service has declined. Had to take the vehicle back because the tires they installed were improperly balanced. Additionally, I have returned 3 times for a sunroof mechanism they replaced not working properly. It still is not correct and I dont want to be inconvenienced a fourth time. No courtesy vehicle available and Ride Share is not cheap. I lose money every time I go back for their incompetence.

So I feel like what they need it to done was done but the tech left the hose that connect to the air box dangling inside my car and they damaged my air box where it connects to the front grille. Only noticed my car sounding like a jumbo plane when were going hitting the acceleration going in the highway so was disappointed they missed that hopefully next time
