Scheduled a service online 8 days in advance. Got to the dealership for my 0800 appointment and was told the filter needed for my transmission wasnt in stock and wouldn't be there til around 2-3:00. My car was ready at 5pm. The were supposed to change the tpms sensor and said they didn't have time after having the car 9 hours. My recommendation would be to verify parts for your work orders well before the appointment.
