Service was complete is less than an hour. Very fast, this was the first time that the tech actually rotated the tires per Ford procedure, backs to front and front to opposite rear corners. However, I did not get the free wash, since it was raining. How about a rain check!

Appointments really don't mean anything. A week later I got my car back after it sat for almost two days before someone looked at it. Good service, if you have tons of time and nothing to do, this place provides a quality work just on their schedule.

They had the car for o er a mo th and returned it with a new windshield, missing wiper motor and other parts... it was in for a warranty/transmission repair. I have not received an explanation for what happened to the car while in theor possession. Clearly it was in an accident

Had an appointment at 7:30 am. First one in line. Did not get my car back until the next day- was a simple oil change and a recall repair. Was told recall takes 3 hours to do. Waited in the lobby. Car was apparently forgotten about. At 5;15 given a loaner vehicle to drive myself home- no charge. Picked car up next day at 10;30.

They're very good in general. One thing I love that they do is give you a copy of your vehicle health each time it's done being serviced giving you optionsof what to do for your vehicle. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend them to either take your vehicle to repair or buying a vehicle.
