My Yukon's water pump went out while traveling I-75. It was 5:02PM when I called Parker's to see if they could get it in the next morning if I had it towed there. They said they were busy but would try to work it in the next morning. I was back on the road by 2PM the next afternoon. Thank you the great service.

First time I have used Parker. Been using another GM dealership for several years. I had a recall notice for airbag replacement so I had them service it while it was there. They were all over it. Very nice customer service. I will definitely be using them going forward.

I had scheduled an appointment to have a module replaced which had previously been diagnosed as needing replacement. When I picked my vehicle up the module had not even been ordered much less replaced. I will not be returning to Parker Chevrolet for any of my service needs!

My car broke down on a trip across the country, but fortunately it was close to Parker Chevrolet! The service department had already closed when it was towed the night before, but they worked on it first thing the next morning. it turns out the car needed a battery, which they didn't have, but were expecting to receive that day. When their shipment didn't come, they sent someone to another dealer to get the battery, repaired my vehicle, and got me on my way. I can't say enough about the helpfulness of this dealership in a bad situation --- thanks!
