Asked to confirm my appointment via text. Did so. Arrived at dealership and found out person I made appointment with was on vacation. Person there didn't know who I was. He didn't know much about the car. Took test drive. Was told first person would follow up in a few days. Never did. Bad service.

After making over a 3 hour trip to this dealership, we had to wait, for our customer service person, then he had the secretary go with us on a test drive! She was unable to answer any questions regarding the vehicle. (which I didnt expect her to) then I made an offer (only 1000) under asking and he said its not negotiable (which I was told on the phone everything is negotiable) Lies and more lies
