My service was excellent. I had a repair necessary and no appointment. They were happy to help me and checked my account for coverage and didn't find any. They were having a computer issue and had to charge me for the service. I received a call that they found my repair covered and sent me a refund check apologizing for the inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and excellent repair service.

Many years ago I used the service department here and it wasn't a very pleasant experience, I felt like an inconvenience. I can tell you that things have changed and the service department and staff are wonderful and welcoming. Don't judge a business by its past. Things change! Great job Outten.

Very professional atmosphere and clean facilities. They never try to sell "extra service" as other dealers do. Confident that my car is in top shape. SHOULD NOT TAKE TWO HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Very disappointing. Had to cancel other responsibilities.
