I had just taken ownership of a used vehicle. Brought it to this location due to the fact previous owners had the vehicle serviced here. I am hoping to get more of the back service history so I can take care of the vehicle properly and enter into shows and it is a Legacy Vehicle for my son.

Although some service advisors are not as friendly as I expected, they were able to deliver the service beyond my expectations. I received better service here than the other dealership I previously used. I would still go back to them and recommend them to others.

I was disappointed when getting my car back. The inside of my car had white, chipped, paper debris all over the driver's side and my express EZ-Pass device was knocked out of the windshield holder. I did not find the EZ-Pass device until the following afternoon while traveling in the Virginia EX Pass lane.

I booked an appointment for an oil change, showed up on time and after waiting at the dealership for 3 hours, they still hadnt moved my car from check in. I was asked to come back the following Monday, was told Id be taken right away. Nope, it took 2 hours. The customer service was awful and I would not recommend this dealership. What an awful experience from a Lincoln dealership.

Kept the car for 4 days for simple wheel bearing replacement and warranty door latch replacement. Tried to charge $400 for an engine flush. Door latch replacement performed incorrectly, and lock button is no longer working. Have to take it back one last time. Never going back after they fix their mistake.

Made an appointment well in advance. When I dropped off the car, confirmed the purpose and service (a single part). Waited two days, when I called the service department confirmed the service and it was "next into the shop". They called about 3 hours later to say they didn't have the one and only part needed for the service. Had to pick up the car. The part still isn't in.

While everything was done to my satisfaction, it took over 5 hours to complete an oil change, oil filter change, and tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and while I understand being busy, I was not warned beforehand about the extremely long wait time. Not sure if I should keep returning for an oil change and risk extremely long wait times or if I need to start doing oil changes myself

I receive an oil change, but when my car was return to me after being there an hour, monies was taken out of my armrest. It's sad you can't leave your property inside your vehicle without someone taking it.
