Very responsive about contacting me when the part arrived. Also helpful that you offered to dropping the car off at my home. Was pleasantly surprised that you washed & vacuumed the car. However, no one reviewed your inspection results, even though it said brakes were not safe. And your driver came in & put the fob on a chair without knocking, ringing or saying anything. That's inappropriate.

Their supply chain responded quickly when OEM manufacturers were reporting long backlogs. Their team were extraordinary.

Way to take care of your car. My experience at Open Road Acura of Wayne on December 14, 2025, was overall very good. I had the alternator and battery replaced. While the service was a bit pricey, everything was handled professionally. I especially appreciated that a loaner car was ready when I arrived, which made the process much more convenient. Service was timely and well organized.

Told them that there was an issue with the car trans was in gear and rmp rev'd but wouldn't move. Told them my daughter's boyfriend reset the code to get the car moving. Told me they couldn't find anything and charged me almost $300.00 for diagnostic fees.

Everything went well with my car, but I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, which makes me believe that 20 other people have the same appointment time as me. The wait was entirely too long for that kind of service.

This place used to be reasonable. Now they price gouge. Almost 1300 for a power steering pump replacement for 2012. Been coming here for 6 years. Wont return again. I know dealers have to make money but within reason. You will lose loyal customers, when the market slows down and things go back to normal they will not return. FYI I called 4 other Acura dealerships so I wont be unfair. All were atleast a couple hundred cheaper.

The staff is always friendly. I have a leak in one of my control arms and they were trying to replace both of them for an outrageous amount of money. Brake pads and rotors over 700.00. I have an extended warranty; curious to see if they are going to replace both control arms and struts on Thursday.

very good but i could not travel up to wayne i live down the shore i asked if we could meet some place in the middle but i really liked the car i told them bring the paper wrk and if the inspection and test drive is good i will buy it there and then. the cad company even lower the prices o i could buy it but to no avail. i

According to the service report it indicates that the tires were rotated. I asked the service advisor if the tires were rotated and he replied that there was no need to rotate them. Why then does the service report indicate that the tires were rotated? The only service that was completed was the oil/filter change and a car wash (that I paid a mandatory $100) for when I purchased the car.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with the service department this month. I arrived for a scheduled 9:30 a.m. recall appointment and checked in with an employee outside who took my information, took my car, gave me a ticket, and instructed me to wait inside. I reasonably assumed that my vehicle had been properly checked in and that the appointment process had begun. After sitting in the waiting area for more than two hours, I went to the service desk to ask for an update. I was then informed that my vehicle had never actually been checked in and that no work had been started. I was told that I should have also checked in at the front desk upon arrival, but this was never communicated to me. As a result, what should have been a routine recall appointment turned into my vehicle remaining at the dealership for an additional three days because I was told the recall work was backed up. This caused significant inconvenience for my family, as we had to manage the entire week with only one vehicle and one car seat. I had also arranged childcare and taken time off from work expecting the appointment to be completed that day. The one bright spot in this experience was Bob at the service desk. Once he became involved, he was professional, helpful, and communicative. He arranged a loaner vehicle and kept me informed daily about the status of my car, which I greatly appreciated. While I am thankful for Bob's efforts, the failure to properly check in my vehicle and the resulting inconvenience made this a very frustrating experience overall.
