Both were done in a timely manner. Service tech Ron Stelle was very customer friendly and professional. Since we bought our Zephyr new in 2006 it has been maintained by Lincoln professionals and we intend to keep it that way. Thanks Ron and keep up the good work.

Replacing the battery for the second time in two years is disappointing. Tow service did not show up first day. Two trucks came the next day without a jumper box. I let the second person use my equipment to jump the car. The Lincoln dealer replaced the battery and undated the software within an hour and a half. The cause of the battery failure was not determined. Bad battery, software issue???

Great staff! As always, minor car repairs is just expensive! $300 to replace side mirror that wasnt broke, just condensation and couldnt see; and $300 for canister purge valve that made the check engine light come on. They got it done in an hour (on my lunch break) $600 later. I need to learn how to snap parts on, labor cost more way than the parts! And if I had extended warranty, this would not have been covered.
