The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I had a oil change and routine check-up. I was due a transmission and differential fluids. The service was great, I only wish when making your service appointment they could tell you about additional services due so you can adjust your wait time appropriately. Especially when you are waiting at the service center. Overall, as Always great service, and kept well informed.

It appears the tire pressure was not checked before release. Had to pull over at a gas station to put air in both front tires. This was inconvenient and could have been "unsafe."

There is absolutely no organization to the service area. There are no signs letting customers know where to go, and it's impossible to differentiate between staff and customers. Because of that, customers are not taken in order. I did appreciate the fast oil change. However, they said they also washed the car but they clearly did not.

They should have caught the issue with my car in June. Head gasket blown. No instead they kept doing different things instead of going right to the source. Honda's have a bad reputation all models from 2017-2022 with bad head gaskets. I spent 24,000 for a car that i didn't even have 4 years.

They replaced my tire, changed my oil, and rotated my tires. I got to relax in a comfy lounge area, with a big TV. They told me it would take roughly 2 Hours, and they were right. When I got to my car, it had been washed and the engine was running with the key in the cup holder.

I bought an expensive truck from them used, it did not pass inspection within the first 5 days. I have reached out several times and have been told I would receive a call from the manager multiple times. I feel I may need to get an attorney involved at this point. Do not trust anything they say. Bring your vehicle to another mechanic prior to purchasing. They hid the extent of prior accident until after the sale.

Why Fo they set an appointment for brakes and there don't do it. And They said months ago on our last service that the rear brakes needed replacement and yesterday It's not necessary. The customer care is not the best. The agent was so dry, serious and unhelpful. It looked that He didn't like to work.
