Cared for promptly and courteously. However, a video of dirty filter findings were provided instead of walking me out to the car - I was in the waiting area. Also surprised that they don't give the car a quick rinse and vacuum. There were visible handprints on the edge of the hood following the oil service and checking of the filters.

The visit was for a the state inspection, which went smoothly and they serendipitously replaced the wind shield wipers. As it happened on my way home there was a torrential rain storm and had the wipers not been replaced driving would have been more far challenging.

I'm upset that the receipt states the car is unsafe because this safety feature needs to be replaced when it's working fine. Glad I didn't get it replaced.
