I was shown the car and took test drive, decide to offer to put a down payment while they performed the detailing, they refused and two days later when I called to follow up they told me that car was sold, three weeks later the car is still listed - now at higher price. I was a very good customer at the service department and was very disappointed as to how we were treated.
