The maintenance people said they changed the oil, etc. which our mechanic at a different shop checked it & told us otherwise so we had to services done right away before purchasing the vehicle & Nick Acosta in financing was awful but Mari made up for all of it! My 2016 runs great because she is serviced at Mazda. People ask me all rhe time why I take my vehicle to the dealership to be serviced. The answer is they specialize in Mazdas. It's all they do all day. Sure another shop could work on her, but it's like seeing a general practitioner vs a specialist!

NORTH PARK MAZDA never ceases to disappoint when it comes to service. Santiago who runs the service department is a former long time service advisor there, and runs a great shop. The shop itself is incredibly clean and provides a massive bay window from the waiting area to watch your car be serviced.

3 star review for regular service, oil change & tire rotation. The vehicle service reminder and yellow wrench appeared the following day. They never reset the service reminder had to do it myself. Leaves you wondering if they really did the oil change! Resetting the vehicles oil service reminder should be one of the regular steps to an oil change.

For the most part the service was fine. I went in for maintenance, as well as the engine light turning on and off intermittently. It seemed to be repaired, but over the last few days the engine light is off and on again. I have a 8 - 5 job on the opposite side of town which makes it difficult for me to leave my car there all day (or multiple days) and still efficiently perform my employment duties.

I have used North Park Mazda service department for several years and have never had a problem. The waiting area has been updated, staff is always very nice, and they do a great job. They send a video of what they have done to your car and for the most part, are ahead of the time they tell you your vehicle will be done.
