Poor service and experience - dropoff was early in the morning (8am) and overall was smooth. I was told at 3:45pm that my car was ready, so I went to the dealer for pickup. I get there and was told it isn't going to be ready for another 45 minutes. It ended up not being ready for another 90minutes+ until well after closing 5:15-5:30pm. I will not be returning to this dealer for service.

I took my car for an oil change , very good price $49.95 plus tax and they notified me there was something wrong with one of the head lights..they replaced it for free(under warranty) Thanks to all personal and management of Norms Reeves Honda! Excellent service!!

Valerie was attentive and good to work with. My issue is with the amount of time it took to get an oil change - over 1.5 hours and then not getting my vehicle until I flagged down someone who was bringing cars out from the service area and told him I had been waiting 10 minutes for my car. He promptly brought it out to me.

Overall great service, my service advisor was great and thorough with what needed to be communicated to me. Pretty quick, I waited about 2 hours for a transmission oil drain and fill with inspection. I love how clean and bright their waiting rooms were. One thing I would have preferred was if they checked my brake pad (usage), but overall still great.

I was very pleased with my 120,000 mile service and oil change at Norm Reeves Honda. I felt that their pricing was very reasonable for an oil change with Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a multi point inspection of my 2005 Honda Accord. I take great pride in taking good care of my Honda, and Anthony Sanchez in the service department listens to any concerns and responds to make sure my car is performing at it's best.

I went to this dealer change oil this Friday. First of all, the receptionist is not familiar how many miles of my car needs to change transmission oil. He told me 10k to 20k miles need to change. I told him as I remember the user manual mentioned 60k mile need to change.Not professional. Otherwise during the oil change they spoil oil where in my car hood, and wish my engine with water without notify me. No one explain to me. The guy who return my car to me, I saw my car engine hood and my seat floor has water, I asked him what's problem of my car, why I come here changing oil, my engine and seat floor has water. I am afraid they may broken car somewhere and don't tell me now
