The recall on the transmission for the parking pawl and adjusting the shifting points made a huge difference, like driving a different truck. Very please with the work. Kudos to the service dept.

I took the car in for a recall item. I got NO paperwork to keep, just signed one saying it was done, whatever they did. I wasn't told. As far as washed and detailed, i think they just sprayed off the dust because it definitely wasn't clean all over NOR was it detailed in any way. I felt like because I didn't have to PAY for this service, I was treated less. I arrived at 9:45 and was out of there by 11:35.
