Damaged my brand new still in the box wheel and tire and would not even speak to me. We had to end up calling the police before they would even come outside and speak with me and my wife. Tire pressure was set to 15lb below inflation level, and the oil plug was literally not tightened. Woke up to a pool of oil in my drive because the oil plug was barely in the pan it had been leaking all night. Called and left a message for the service manager Brian and never received a return call. I had to get a quart of oil myself to get the oil level back to normal.
