I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always pleasant and they make the effort to greet (through eye contact and a nod or a "hello") the customers. I've been in service places where the staff is less concerned with current customers and more concerned with the possible ones. I wasn't jumping for joy on paying more than I had originally expected, but the reasoning for the service was presented clearly and fairly.
