They were quite prompt in calling. I was treated very politely and made an appointment to see the car. I, however found one closer to my home and did not purchase. I would contact them again if I need a car.

People were friendly, but the Car I went to see had a flat tire and the car was in terrible shape and they claim it was a one owner car. I will never go there again.

Oscar, I apologize for the experience that you had. However, if we said the vehicle was a "one owner", that information was provided to us by the Carfax report. It is not something that we fabricated. Also, we have vehicles for finance as well as vehicles for cash, which are older or have issues (which are listed directly upfront). Without a little more information, I can only imagine you came in for a cash vehicle without reading in the disclaimer what the issues were. If you'd like to stop back in, we'd love another chance at your business!!

Although they hid it in the paperwork they did not warn me verbally that the car should not be driven off the lot much less the multi hour trip home after also having me do a solo test drive. Very much an at your own risk place.

Hello Jacob, you bought a $1000 cash car that had mechanical problems that you knew about (listed on the windshield, website and in the paperwork) for liability purposes since yours purchased it, the liability is passed onto you and for your own safety we ask you to tow it to a shop, we can not allow you to drive it out our lot since it does need repairs. In regards to the test drive, you are not limited to test drive it by your self, you are more than welcome to take someone with you or to take the vehicle to a mechanic shop. In the future allow us to make things right on your next purchase.
